to be serviced by Assurant Solutions in the Greenville, SC service office.

Assurant Preneed becomes a part of Assurant Solutions.
All new policies are sold only through SCI and Dignity Planning and are
underwritten by American Memorial Life Insurance Company. The policies
sold by Union Security Insurance Company and United Family Life Insurance
Company are now a closed block of business. |

Assurant is born when Fortis, Inc. completes
its initial public offering process and begins to trade on the
New York Stock Exchange. |
