Feature Value Added Service: The Preneed Library contains an extensive variety of individual, self-contained kits that focus on preneed-related topics, allowing you to choose resources based on your experience and needs. The kits are designed to help a new employee acquire the necessary skills or enhance the skills of experienced counselors and funeral professionals.

  • Self-Study Learning Kits: Funeral service, cremation and ethics self-study kits are available to provide basic industry knowledge. The kits require no additional assistance from a facilitator and can be completed at will.
  • Facilitator-Led Training Kits: Practice techniques on a number of topics including goal setting and time management, handling customer concerns and family presentations, all while receiving support from a facilitator.
  • Planning Kits: Focusing on developing preneed leads and increasing market share, the planning kits come in three options: seminar, aftercare and marketing preneed.
